Cyberpunk Thriller

Hi everybody! It's been a while since I posted my last Project, but today I want to introduce you to "Cyberpunk Thriller".
In this new image I tried to represent a cyberpunk scene based on different references from the genre ("Blade Runner", "Blade Runner 2049", "Love, Death & Robots"…). In the scene we can watch a futuristic police car based on the impressive concep art by Dimitry Popov, arriving to a street where a murder has been commited. Also, I tried to add some distopic references inspired by the novel “1984”, placing propagandistic flyers through the scene.
In order to reinforce the cyberpunk atmosphere I included some amazing drawings on the walls (created by Nick Sullo) triying to highlight the pink, green and blue tones by adding some phosphorescence.
The first time I pictured this scene in my head, I realized that getting the feeling of movement was imperative to avoid boredom, so I decided to add some moving elements, such as the flyers or the police cordon. For this pourpose I used Blender, runnning a cloth simmulation combined with a wind force field, trying different parameters until I found the desired shape. This process was a little tedious but, after hundreds of trials, I am satisfied with the result.
The modelling process for this "Cyberpunk Thriller" scene was made in Autodesk Maya.
UV Unwrapping and Physics were made on Blender 2.8.
Texturing was made in Substance Painter and I used Redshif in Maya for the whole rendering process.
I hope you really like this scene and all feedback is welcomed. Thanks for watching.

Daniel.
